Frame Construction
The frame of the SF-RW5623 combines aluminum and steel elements. The gliding beam is made of aluminum, while the rear and front stabilizers are made of steel. The frame is very sturdy and can support users up to 1366 kg (320 lbs). The gliding beam has a small foot at the front end which offers excellent stability. The rear base is equipped with adjustable stabilizers.

Assembled Dimensions
The frame has a folding design where the beam can be folded vertically and locked in place with a pin. The machine takes up approximately 91 x 61 cm (3’ x 2’) of space when folded. When unfolded, the machine is 21 cm (86’) long and 48 cm (19’) wide. It also requires at least 331 cm of clearance at the rear and on each side, for safe operation. This rowing machine can comfortably accommodate users up to 195 cm (6’5’) in height.

Seat
The SF-RW5623 features a fairly wide, padded, and contoured seat that offers optimal comfort. The padding on the seat is enough to alleviate the impact on your lower back and tail bone. The seat is also equipped with four rollers, offering a very smooth glide on the rower’s rail.

Does it have any shortcomings?
- When fully extended, the machine takes quite some space lengthwise and this might be a problem especially for small rooms.
- Although it’s not extremely loud, the fan (provides air resistance) generates some noise
